Quality Inspection — questions.
How is this different from QIMA or SGS?
Third-party labs do great standalone inspections. We fold inspection into the whole sourcing loop — sourcing, samples, QC and consolidation — for small, multi-SKU orders, and we film it. For lab testing/certification we can bring in a specialist.
When do you inspect?
Typically at around 80% production or as a pre-shipment check — while problems can still be fixed.
What if the goods fail?
We hold the shipment and push for rework or a fix, and advise you on options before any money moves onward.
